Return & Refund Policy

We’re so happy you’re here and truly appreciate you supporting our shop. Many of the products we offer are curated or fulfilled through trusted partners, which allows us to bring unique items to our fragrance-loving community.

Because of this fulfillment process, we do have a few guidelines regarding returns and replacements.


Returns & Refunds

At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item or quantity
• Buyer’s remorse
• Items that have been used or opened

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you ever have questions before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.


If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective

While this is rare, shipping issues can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
• A brief description of what happened

Photos or video should show the item as it appeared when the package was first opened so we can quickly verify the problem.


Replacement Process

Once we review the issue, we will happily work with you to resolve it. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement item, or
• Store credit

In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item.


A Few Situations We Can’t Cover

We unfortunately cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

• Minor cosmetic differences in products or packaging
• Items damaged after delivery
• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
• Carrier delays once a package has shipped
• Normal wear and tear


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in production or processing with our fulfillment partners.
